I prefer to call the opportunities on a roster holes instead of needs. Needs beckons for the requirement to take a position. I still am aiming for taking the best talent while addressing holes, I do my best to not draft strictly out of need, but running my own roster I have a far better understanding of the demand to do so now.
KB TB (my roster) has different holes than the actual TB roster. After one draft, 5 CFA (College Free Agents) and several practice squad signees there is already separation between the two rosters!
Below are the positions I have as holes ranked in priority for KB TB 1) OT #1 2) OG #1 3) LB #1 4) OG#2 5) WR #3 6) S #2 7) DE#2 8) KR#1 9) OT#2 10) RB#3 11) QB#2 12) TE#3
OLine depth is a large need! This is prior to Free Agency as well which starts March 15th 2015. Depending on Free Agency (FA) departures or signings holes can change.
I've elaborated before that TB will sign FA based on their holes so it often leaves the KB TB team holes unfilled and fills a hole with a FA that I have already filled via a previous KB TB draft.
